room itself isn't dirty, it's a bit old and you can tell it would need a coat of paint and repair of some of its fixtures. We didn't have the "Do Not Disturb" sign. shower handle was not holding properly. towels were a bit small for the shower. (Actually for the price they are perfect, there is no more to ask)

Location: the hotel was near a large supermarket, the Old City and separate sleeping. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The room was well furnished, huge and had a lounge area, a kitchen, and a comfortable sofa.

This hotel was great value for money, very clean, and had awesome parking for my motorbike. The location was excellent as it was very close to one of the entrances to the Roman Wall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, effectively like a one-bedroom flat with a kitchen and refrigerator. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was really good, with a selection to suit most tastes, including whole grain croissants, which was a pleasant surprise.

No major issues, all was fine during my stay.

An excellent location, 80 meters access to the wall and old town and about 100 meters from supermarket, bakery, caixabanc, space of the room and its services: kitchen. fridge with a small freezer, microwave, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils, enough storage space in the chest of drawers of the living room where there was a small table next to a 3 seater sofa... single bed and a dining table and 3 chairs plus a large TV, bedroom and bathroom are independent from the living room-kitchen. comfortable, In the bedroom there is another smaller TV set. There is room cleaning service every day even if it is an apartment. it is perfect, attention of the reception staff. friendly, close and with patience to solve or answer any questions, Note that I needed ice for a knee injury and waitress at the bar was very kind to attend to me and did not charge us anything. Breakfast is not included, there is a bar in the building that serves it and you pay independently there, but it is 5'50/pers. and night. There is a private parking, but also paying and it is 6 euros/day and it is a little complicated to access, if the car is big you can not use it (although it seems that in the surroundings it is easy to park)

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days while walking the Camino Primitivo de Santiago (St. James' Way) from Oviedo to Santiago de Compostela. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip, easily offering the best value for money. Our apartment looked pretty new and was very cozy, with a spacious bedroom, a nice and well-equipped bathroom with a large shower, and a great living room with a pantry kitchen (fully equipped with sink, stove, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery). The apartment contained 2(!) TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom - and offered free WiFi access, which worked flawlessly. The breakfast, served in the cafeteria on the ground floor, featured very tasty fresh tostallitas. We can highly recommend this hotel in every respect.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped apartment at this hotel. The separate lounge and kitchen were a big plus, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was superb, just a short walk to the old town. The secure underground parking was convenient and gave us peace of mind. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel overall.

Hotel was very central and clean. We loved having the living room as well as the bedroom. It was very spacious.

Good location near city Walls if a hill isn't a problem. Parking a bit tight in hotel garage but well worth taking. Bedroom plus sitting area spacious and comfortable. Breakfast good value.

Great location near the city walls and center of town, and convenient transportation as it's just a short walk from the train and bus station. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had good central heating. The staff were also friendly, and the breakfast offered a reasonable selection.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room is more like an apartment, with kitchen and three room. Cheap the price. They have a private park and a cafeteria for breakfast and more. The hotel is ten minutes walking from the center of the city.

No air conditioned. Is in the center of group of big building, not a good view.

Had a comfortable stay for three nights, recommend this place.

This place is in a great spot, just a short 10-minute stroll away from the ancient Roman Walls. It's situated in a residential neighborhood close to the downtown area and within walking distance to both the train station and all the top sights to see.

The kitchen facilites are excellent

One of the beds was in the kitchen area, and 120€ is on the expensive side.
